Kelly Pszenny

Kelly is a lifelong health and fitness enthusiast and has been a certified trainer and fitness professional for 19 years. She is a personal trainer and teaches group fitness classes. Kelly started practicing yoga 10 years ago because she needed to find “balance” in her life. She stayed with yoga for the mental, emotional, and spiritual peace it has brought her.

Kelly graduated from Salem State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport & Movement Degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2020. Showing her daughters, Nicole & Jaclyn, it is never too late to follow your dreams and get that degree! Kelly’s greatest accomplishment is being a mom to Nicole and Jaclyn. They are her pride and joy.

In 2023, Kelly completed a 200-hour Teacher Training with Tricia Philpott to deepen her yoga practice. She teaches a strong power vinyasa flow, aiming to help her students feel rejuvenated, calm, and centered on and off the mat.

When she’s not practicing or teaching yoga, Kelly enjoys weight training, running, walking her dog, JoJo, and spending time with her three cats: Jakey, JJ, and Ghosty. Kelly lives in Danvers, Mass.
