Tracy Pequeno, CYT

An avid runner and qualified Boston Marathon finisher, Tracy was first introduced to yoga in 2002 as a form of restorative practice for her long-distance training. At first, she had quite the love/hate relationship with yoga and found it to be a struggle to stay committed and get to a class. However, Tracy then fell in love with the hot power yoga practice and the flexibility and strength that came along with it.

Tracy completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Tricia Philpott. Her classes focus on merging breath with powerful movement to create a nourishing practice for the mind, body, and soul.

Off the mat, Tracy is a product owner at an information technology company in the North Shore area. She received her BA at Assumption College and her MBA at Suffolk University. Tracy still enjoys running, snuggling with her pug Sammy and spending time with friends and family, especially with her husband John.
