Deborah Trevarrow, CYT

Deborah has practiced as a Clinical Social Worker for the past twenty years supporting and advocating for children and families. Yoga is a passion that she discovered about ten years ago, initially as a means to maintain physical health and strength.  She soon discovered that the emotionaland spiritual benefits of yoga were equally powerful and views yoga practice as a pathway for healing from the hardships and stress that life can bring.

Deborah teaches a challenging and graceful flow with a focus on the breath, letting go and opening up to recognize and embrace our full potential.  Her classes are physically challenging, stress reducing and joyful.  They are appropriate for all levels of practice and students are encouraged to listen to their own bodies and to modify to make the practice their own. Deborah has completed a 200 hour teacher training with Tricia Philpot and has trained in hands on assisting with Leslie Rice and Jeanne Magazu.
